Arch Rubber Fenders, sometimes called as V type fenders, can provide trouble-free service for protecting vessels and docks from damages even under the most severe conditions. Mounted to the docks horizontally or vertically using bolts, the fenders can absorb impact energy and dissipate stress evenly with improved performance comparing with cylindrical fenders.

Corner Arch fenders are available in three standard sizes and provide a simple, easily installed solution to prevent berth corners from damage by smaller vessels.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
