Description
Arch rubber fender, also known as V fender, is a high-performance rubber fender. Its simple design and high energy absorption capacity are welcomed by many terminals.
Arch rubber fenders also can be bolted with UHMW-PE face pads, combining resilience with low-friction.. This design can reduce the torsion the bottom of the fender dramatically, then prolong the life-span of rubber fender body. The UHMW-PE face pads have various colors, and can be replaced easily.

Inspection and certificate
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test
- Energy absorption and reaction test
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.
Inspect items as below:
1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
