Marine V Type Fender, which is commonly used for the quay and dock for the protection of the boats and ships, is tough and reliable, simple and long lasting, providing trouble-free service for a wide variety of berthing even under the most severe conditions. Super V type rubber fender has the better stability and stronger attachment to the supporting structure than the traditional arch rubber fenders.
DockFender can offer v type rubber fenders as either a single element or as part of a complete fender system. They are particularly useful for vessels with high allowable hull pressures and where mounting space is limited.

Inspection and certificate
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
- Energy absorption and reaction test.
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.
Inspect items as below:
1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
